Drinking Water At The Correct Time Maximizes Its Effectiveness On The Human Body.

  • Drinking 2 glasses of water in the morning helps to to activate our internal organs.
  • Drinking 1 glass of water before a meal will help in the digestion process.
  • Drinking 1 glass of water before taking a shower helps to prevent high blood pressure.
  • Drinking a glass of water before bed helps to prevent strokes or heart attacks.

  2. It is really an important advice. I have a problem concerning this issue.I do not drink water much. May be you will not believe that I drink maximum three cups of water a day.
    I know that it is a big mistake and i will have bad consequences, but really i could not fix it .

  3. wlc mawaddah, ya sure water has a very positive effects on our skin. The fact is that skin is an organ, and just like any other part of the body. your skin is made up of cells. And skin cells, like any other cell in the body, are made up of water. Without water, the organs will certainly not function properly or at their best.

    If your skin is not getting the sufficient amount of water, the lack of hydration will present itself by turning your skin dry, tight and flaky. Dry skin has less resilience and is more prone to wrinkling.
    Huda i oblige my self to drink a cup of water per a day, so i am worst that you hehe,
